Send a note to the person running this install. The message is emailed. It is not stored in the account database.

This page does not send a message until the variables below are set. CONTACT_EMAIL is the recipient. If you leave it empty, the form uses ADMIN_EMAIL. An invalid CONTACT_EMAIL is not replaced by the admin address. Sending also needs RESEND_API_KEY and EMAIL_FROM. Add them to .env.local, then restart the dev server.
