Draft, 7 October 2026. Review this page before production. It is a starting point for this install, not a finished legal document.
Terms of use
These draft terms describe the Millesime Labs application as it works today: an account, profile preferences, and sign-in with email or Google. Review them before production. They are not legal advice.
The application
This install lets a person sign in, open an account, and save a display name and a theme. One address, set by the operator as ADMIN_EMAIL, can open an admin page that lists accounts. Public pages explain the app, publish a short blog, and offer a contact form.
Account, profile, and admin pages stay closed until a session exists. The admin page stays closed to every account except the admin.
Your account
You sign in with an email link or with Google, when the operator has configured that provider. The first use of an address creates the account. You are responsible for the address you enter and for the Google account you use. Do not request a sign-in link for an address you do not control.
The email link expires in one hour and works once. The same address can request a new link once a minute. Signing out ends the session in that browser.
Acceptable use
Use the application for an account on this install. Do not interfere with sign-in, attempt to open another person's account, or send contact messages you do not mean the operator to receive. The contact form emails a person; it is not a support desk with a promised response time.
The operator
The person who runs this install chooses the session secret, the Google OAuth client, the Resend key, the sending address, and the admin address. That person is responsible for keeping those secrets private and for who can reach the machine where the SQLite database is stored.
The application is provided as the install you are using. These draft terms do not promise a particular uptime, a backup, or a feature that is not on the site.
Privacy and contact
The draft privacy policy describes the data the application stores and sends. Questions about this install go through the contact page, which sends mail only when that mail is configured.
