Privacy

This page describes the data Millesime processes for the account, the parcels, the readings, and the contact form.

This page is a translation. The French text prevails.

Account

The account stores the email address, the role (admin or member), and the time it was created. If Google sends a name at sign-in, that name can be stored. The profile stores a display name and the theme: light, dark, or system.

Parcels

A parcel stores its outline, the farm it belongs to, the crop, the variety, the campaign year, and the cycle dates you save.

Positions

A walk or a flight stores positions: coordinates, time, and heading. They come from the phone or the Mini 4 Pro.

Photos

Photos taken on the walk or the flight are stored on the parcel, with the position of the shot.

Air

The Atmotube PRO 2 stores air readings (PM1, PM2.5, PM10, VOC index and concentration, NOx index, CO2, temperature, humidity, pressure) with a position.

Devices

Each device stores the name you give it. A serial number or an Atmotube id is stored only if you enter it. The Mini 4 Pro pairing code expires after 15 minutes.

Contact form

The form asks for a name, an email address, a farm or company, a crop, an optional parcel count, and a message. The message is emailed to the operator of the site. It is not written into the account database.

Purpose

This data is used to open the account, to show the parcels and the field, to link devices, and to answer a message.

Basis

The account and the field data are processed to provide the service you asked for. A contact message is processed so we can answer the person who sent it. Google sign-in, if you choose it, rests on that request.

Retention

The data stays until the account deletes it. A deletion marks the row. The marked row stays in the database. No automatic purge period is set.

Recipients

Google Cloud hosts the machine, the database, and the files. Resend sends sign-in links, the new-account notice, and contact messages. The map requested by the browser loads tiles from OpenStreetMap and from IGN (Géoplateforme). Weather for a parcel is requested from Open-Meteo. If you sign in with Google, Google receives that request.

Transfers

Hosting is at Google Cloud EMEA, in Dublin, Ireland. Email is sent through Resend, region euw1 (Ireland). Tiles and weather go to OpenStreetMap, IGN, and Open-Meteo from the browser.

Rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and you can complain to the CNIL. Use the contact form.

Cookies and storage

A session cookie identifies the signed-in account. It is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. A cookie stores the chosen language. The theme is saved on the profile when a session exists, and in the browser's local storage otherwise. Map layers are saved on the account. There is no tracking cookie. No banner is shown.
