These terms describe how to use Millesime. They are not legal advice.

The service
Millesime is for keeping farms and parcels, drawing an outline, walking the field with a phone, flying a Mini 4 Pro, and reading the surface, the history, the air, and the alerts. The web application and the Android pilot application are part of the service.
The account
You open an account with a link sent to your address, or with Google when that method is offered. The first use of an address creates the account. You are responsible for the address you enter. The link expires after one hour and works once.
Use
Do not open another person's account. Do not interfere with sign-in or with the service. Do not send a message you do not mean the company to receive.
Availability
The service is provided as it runs. No availability level is promised.
Liability
The company is liable within the limits set by French law. A walk, a photo, or an air reading is not a diagnosis.
Applicable law
French law applies. The competent court is the court of Montpellier, where the registered office is. Version of 8 October 2026.
